1. Booking & Check-In

All bookings are subject to availability. Standard check-in and check-out times apply as per the resort's operational policy. A valid government-issued ID is strictly required for all guests at the time of check-in.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to the resort's standard cancellation policy. Advance notice is required for cancellations to be eligible for refunds.

3. Resort Rules

The Herb Farm Resort is a peaceful sanctuary. Loud music and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. The consumption of outside food and alcohol in common areas may be restricted as per management policy. Damage to resort property will be charged to the guest.

4. Liability

The resort is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests utilize the resort facilities, including outdoor activities, at their own risk.
